Shore Lunch at Miminiska

It's the highlight of the day! Whether you choose to take a guide, or fish on your own, the shore lunch is what we all remember for years to come. To many it is as enjoyable as any gourmet meal in New York or Paris. Some guests like to try their open fire cooking skills on their own, while others let their guide take over as cook. Those without a guide are delighted with our group shore lunch, prepared on "Shore Lunch Island" by our Miminiska Lodge staff.
